Overview & Terminal / Gate Layout

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is divided into two main terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, with a total of 110 gates. Terminal 1 is the primary domestic terminal and includes concourses A, B, C, and D, while Terminal 3 serves both domestic and international flights from concourses D and E. Terminals are not physically connected.

Parking & Vehicle Access

On-Airport Parking Options

  • Terminal 1 Economy Parking: Located next to the Terminal 1 Long Term garage. Rates are $4.00 for the first 0–2 hours, then $2.00 for each additional hour, with a daily maximum of $12.00. 
  • Terminal 3 Economy Parking: Located on the east side of the Terminal 3 parking garage. 
  • Terminal 3 Long Term Parking: Located in the garage adjacent to Terminal 3, on levels 3, 4, 5, and 6.
    • Domestic travelers should park on the west side (diamond symbol). 
    • International travelers should park on the east side (club symbol). 
  • Reserved Parking: Book online in advance for guaranteed spots with touchless entry at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
    • Reservations must be made at least 2 hours before arrival and for a minimum of 24 hours. 
    • A QR code is provided for entry; do not take a ticket. 

Off-Airport Parking Options

  • Las Vegas Airport Parking: Located less than a mile from the airport, this lot is open 24/7 and offers a free shuttle to and from the terminals. Rates start at approximately $5.99 per day. 
  • The Parking Spot: This provider offers various amenities like shuttle service, valet parking, and covered parking. They have a mobile app that can be used for reservations and has features like locating shuttles. 
  • On-airport economy lots: While technically on-airport, these are considered “off-terminal” parking. At LAS, they have a daily rate of $12. However, they are a good value and include a free shuttle service to the terminals. 

Tips & Notes on Parking

Public Transportation & Ground Connections

  • The Deuce: A 24/7 double-decker bus that runs between the Strip and downtown, with stops at major attractions. A 24-hour pass is available for $8. 
  • RTC Bus System: The main bus system operates along major roads. Routes are identified by number (e.g., 1 for North/South, 2 for East/West). Buses are frequent and affordable. 
  • RTC Airport Transit: Three RTC bus routes serve Harry Reid International Airport from Terminal 1’s ground level. Check the RTC website for which routes serve both terminals. 

Lounges & Relaxation Areas

LAS airport has several lounges and relaxation areas, including the Capital One Lounge, The Club LAS, and United Club, each with its own unique location and amenities. For a more basic option, travelers can use quieter areas of the terminals or the armrest-free couches for rest.
